If You Have a Complaint or Dispute
If you have a problem, concern, or complaint about any part of our service, please tell your Adviser first.
If you don't want to talk about it with your adviser ..
- contact the office on 07 578 3863 and ask speak to the Practice Manager, or
We want you to be happy, we will do what we can to assist.
If we cannot agree on how to fix the issue, or if you decide not to use the internal complaints scheme, you can contact The Insurance & Financial Services Ombudsman Scheme (“IFSO Scheme”) of which we are a member.
This service will cost you nothing, and will help us resolve any disagreements.
